This Mother’s Day, Autism Family Friends invited moms to slow down, breathe, and reconnect at our Sauna & Cold Plunge Reset hosted at Under the Rose Sauna. The guided experience was calm, supportive, and flexible — a space where every mom could move at her own pace, whether that meant enjoying the warmth, trying the cold plunge, or simply resting and being held by community.
After the session, guests continued the connection over a relaxed group dinner at CRAFT. It was a moment to exhale, feel supported, and be surrounded by others who understand the realities of caregiving.
