Where Acceptance Meets Community

Join AFF as we partner with This World’s Ours (TWO) for a sensory‑friendly, family‑focused community open house and fundraiser created with autistic and neurodivergent families in mind.

This warm, inclusive event invites the whole community to come together for an afternoon of connection, gentle holiday activities, and meaningful support for autistic and neurodivergent children, youth, and their families.

Everyone is welcome! Celebrate the season in a space designed for inclusion and community.

This World’s Ours Centre is a dear and long‑time partner of Autism Family Friends — united by a shared passion for supporting autistic and neurodivergent children, youth, and their families. Our missions align naturally, and our communities overlap in meaningful ways, making this fundraiser partnership the perfect fit. Together, we’re creating a welcoming, inclusive holiday event that celebrates connection, community, and the families we both proudly serve.

Why We’re Raising Funds

Autism Family Friends is raising funds to expand programs that directly support autistic and neurodivergent children, youth, and families across Metro Vancouver.

Your contribution helps us grow inclusive recreation, strengthen sensory‑friendly community spaces, and offer meaningful social opportunities for families who often face barriers to traditional programs.

Funds raised will support:

  • Youth social programs

  • Inclusive recreation opportunities

  • Sensory‑friendly community events

  • Parent support and education

  • Educational workshops

These programs create connection, confidence, and community — and your support ensures they remain accessible to families who need them most.

A Powerful Opportunity: Scotiabank Will Match All Funds Raised

We’re thrilled to share that Scotiabank will match every dollar raised through this fundraiser — doubling the impact of every sponsorship and donation.

This matching partnership means your contribution goes twice as far in strengthening programs that support autistic children, youth, and their families. Every dollar truly counts, and together we can create meaningful, lasting change for our community.

Help us raise funds through Community Sponsorship

If you know a business, organization, or community partner that values inclusion, family support, or neurodiversity, we would be grateful if you shared our fundraiser with them. Sponsorships help us expand programs, create sensory‑friendly events, and offer meaningful social opportunities for families who often face barriers to traditional programs.

Please Share Our Sponsor Deck

To make outreach easy, we’ve created a clear and friendly sponsor deck that explains our mission, our programs, and the different ways businesses can contribute.

Please share the sponsor deck with any business or community partner who might be excited to support AFF. Every share helps us reach new supporters and strengthens the programs that matter most to our families.
